- Please remove your shoes in the entrance. The floors will appreciate it.

- No smoking indoors.

- The cabin is allergy‑friendly, so pets are not allowed.

- Please let us know if something is broken or not working.

- Always keep one key in the key box. Additional keys can be found inside in the rack.

- Remember to open the fireplace flue before lighting a fire.

- The cabin's electrical panel cannot handle very high loads. Please avoid using multiple high‑consumption appliances at the same time.

- The cabin has a home/away switch. When you arrive, set the switch by the entrance to "home (Kotona)." When you leave, it should be left in the "away (Poissa)" position.

- When the sauna is on, the electric heaters will not heat.

- When the dishwasher is running, you cannot use the stove.

- Ventilation is adjusted from the range hood. Especially when using the sauna, it's best to set the ventilation to level 2 or 3.

- The locked Rukanlumous waste shed is located by the roadside. The key to the shed can be found inside the cabin in the rack. Inside the shed, you'll find bins for mixed waste and biowaste.

- Near Ruka Sale, there is a recycling point with compactors for cardboard and plastic, as well as containers for glass, metal, and paper.

- Please empty the ashtray on the terrace before you leave.
